<Necessary Skill / Experience> - College degree or higher in Food Processing, Food Technology, Culinary Management, or related field. - Language: English - Intermediate Level - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Western-style kitchens. - Knowledge of Western, Asian, and pastry cuisines; knowledge of food sanitation. - Passion for cuisine and creativity in dish development. - Research, analysis, and trend-following ability. - Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
