Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist in searching for new suppliers and products (Food/Fresh/Dry food) as per the manager's direction. - Handle documentation, price lists, and product specifications from suppliers. - Communicate with vendors to follow up on samples, quotations, and contract terms. - Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Logistics teams to ensure product compliance and timely delivery. - Prepare periodic market price surveys and sourcing reports. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Sourcing Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Qualification: College / Bachelor Degree ・Language Skills: Japanese (N3) or English - Conversational Level (Ability to understand simple instructions in Japanese or English.) ・Experience: Interest or practical experience in food/ apparel-related work. ・Computing: Basic computer data entry skills (Excel, Word) ・Ability to work accurately and responsibly.
