<Job Responsibilities> ※You will start by taking on small-scale projects with the support of your supervisor. ・Conduct market research in the Vietnamese market (including market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis) ・Develop marketing and branding strategies based on the characteristics of each IP ・Plan and execute sales promotion and awareness initiatives for distributors and retail partners ・Develop tie-up project proposals and outreach strategies with corporate partners ・Prepare proposal materials and presentation decks for various stakeholders ・Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and propose improvements ・Work closely with internal sales, creative, and film teams ※After joining, you will gradually expand your scope of responsibility while gaining knowledge of IP business practices and industry-specific commercial customs <Point> ・Opportunity to play a core role in strategic planning within a unique market combining Japanese IP and the Vietnamese market ・Experience contributing from the ground up to the development of marketing concepts and methodologies during the launch phase of a new department ・An environment where you can practically leverage your B2B marketing experience involving agents and retail partners ・A role with a high level of autonomy, allowing you to proactively drive projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level (for meetings, presentations, and document preparation) ・Experience: - At least 3 years of marketing experience in the toys and/or consumer goods industry (experience with either a manufacturer or an advertising agency is acceptable) - Developing marketing strategies based on market research and data analysis that drive consumer engagement ・Skillsː - Strong logical thinking and analytical skills - Able to work proactively with a sense of ownership and speed ・Other: Strong interest in long-term brand building, particularly for character/IP-related brands <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Candidates with experience in offline marketing activities (e.g., events, promotions, exhibitions) and merchandise/product marketing are a better fit than those whose experience is primarily focused on SNS or digital content marketing. ・Experience handling toys or character-related products ・Experience in Internal marketing ・Experience in sales or sales planning roles ・Experience working with IP-related or licensing businesses ・Experience collaborating with retail companies
