Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation>
To manage comprehensive logistics operations including import-export customs clearance, domestic distribution coordination, inventory management, and regulatory compliance for motorcycle and parts distribution in Vietnam.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage comprehensive import and export customs clearance documentation, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with external freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to secure smooth cargo handovers
- Supervise domestic distribution arrangements, scheduling delivery trucks and tracking product arrivals at local points
- Update and maintain highly accurate records of vehicle inventories, spare parts, and incoming commercial shipments
- Review and process commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and shipping insurance certificates
- Monitor logistics schedules proactively, providing real-time transit status updates to the internal Sales Manager
- Liaise with local warehouse staff to match physical stock data with official supply chain documentation
- Resolve operational issues regarding shipping delays, cargo damages, or customs documentation discrepancies
- Support the management team in optimizing local transportation costs and improving warehouse distribution efficiency
- Coordinate with the team to clarify local technical regulations and vehicle/component certification requirements
- Manage the testing and certification for new vehicles/parts, and manage renewals for existing models
- Execute other related tasks assigned by the department heads or directors

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Solid practical experience and knowledge in logistics administration, import-export compliance, or domestic delivery coordination
- Proficient in executing task follow-ups and active schedule monitoring
- Must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working responsibly within strict timeline bounds
- Ready to start working immediately
- Problem-solving ability

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- 2 to 3 years of previous logistics or supply chain experience working specifically within the automotive or motorbike industry
- A strong personal interest, hobby, or professional passion regarding motorcycles, watercrafts, or mechanical vehicle systems
