Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Initiate outreach to and build relationships with licensors holding IP rights for anime, films, and character properties ・Negotiate and coordinate licensing standards, usage terms, and contractual conditions ・Acquire licensing approvals for film distribution and character-based product commercialization in the Vietnamese market ・Manage and ensure compliance with guidelines related to character image, design, trademarks, and design rights ・Propose product planning and IP utilization strategies in collaboration with consumer goods, toy, and food manufacturers ・Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and planning teams to manage project execution Maintain existing licensor relationships and develop long-term strategic partnerships
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28-45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree ・Language: English - Business Level (for meetings, presentations, and document preparation) ・Experience: At least 5 years of Account management experience and business development experience in Advertising agency, Marketing agency, PR/Events industry, Licensed business ・Skill: - Strong understanding of brand positioning, branding communication, retail business development function, retail distribution and the retail environment - Highly detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and project management skills - Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to multi-task - Analytical/Strategic Thinker - Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative & Proactive. Open, Fair & Transparent mindset <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Prior experience in licensing sales ・Experience in product development or marketing utilizing character IP at consumer goods, toy, or food manufacturers ・Experience in licensing-related roles within the anime, film, game, entertainment, or media industries ・Experience developing character-based marketing initiatives at advertising agencies ・Japanese language proficiency (business level or above)
