Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Project Management - Collaborate with the cybersecurity team (in Singapore) and 3rd party vendors to manage the project. - Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables while ensuring successful implementation. - Communicate technical and non-technical details with stakeholders. 2. Demo & Proof of Concept (PoC) Operation - Collaborate with the cybersecurity team (in Singapore) and 3rd party vendors to conduct live demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for security solutions. - Assist customers in evaluating security tools by deploying and testing features in controlled environments. - Customize PoC environments to showcase product capabilities and address customer pain points. - Collaborate with sales and the cybersecurity team (in Singapore) to support security product evaluations. - Document and report PoC results, providing technical justifications and recommendations. 3. Security IT Presales - Identifying customer challenges and proposing solutions: Understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions. - Explaining product and service features: Describe the features and benefits of our products and services to customers. - Presenting implementation plans: Outline the steps and schedule required for product or service implementation and clarify the deployment process. - Addressing technical inquiries: Respond to technical questions from customers and alleviate any concerns related to implementation. 4. Security IT Consulting (Eventually) Collaborate with the cybersecurity team (in Singapore) and 3rd party vendors to provide advisory and consulting on IT security best practices, focusing on: - Advanced IT Security solution – SASE, CNAPP, NG-SOC, XDR, and IGA. - Familiar with security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR. - Support customers in security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: From 25 years old ・Education: Bachelor's with a major related to Science major "Cybersecurity, Computer Science, etc. ・Language: - Japanese Business level (more than N2 or work with Japanese clients directly) - English Intermediate level (At least TOEIC600 level) ・Experience: - Having about 3–7 years of project management experience, including leading IT security solution implementations, managing schedules, and handling customer interactions. ・Certifications (Preferred): - CISA, CISM, CISSP ・Additional Skills： - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers in PoC demonstrations. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Skills & Experience a. Security IT Consulting: Strong expertise in Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security. b. Security Assessment: Experience conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analysis. c. Understanding SDLC and applying security control as SAST, SCA, DAST, Secure CI/CD Pipeline.
