Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Take care of Ocean, Air Business, and Customs procedures with team members; • Support, consult the clients, and negotiate with vendors when required; • To make a business plan and implement sales strategies; • To support the General Manager, Sales Team, and take careof sales progress, new project and pay efforts to achieve the targets; • To ensure the cooperation with the Operations Dept conforms to laws, policies, rules, and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company; • Expand the potential customer base, especially Korean companies; • Follow up and control employees’ performance, makea training plan for sales dept members; • Create new services, business tools to bring a breakthrough into the market; • Issue market reports, find the solution to attract customers, and build a long-lasting relationship. • Any other relevant duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Language: English - Business Level, Korean - Native ・Experience: • Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in sales or customer service field for a Korean international Logistics/Forwarder company is mandatory • Good management, negotiation, and business planning skills, good knowledge of sales & marketing of logistics field, and air/ocean/warehouse/trucking/customs procedures • Have good communication skills witha cooperative attitude with other Depts and customer oriented mind • Can work under high pressure and high responsibilities
