Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas carriers, shipping agents & freight forwarders on transportation, cargo warehousing, and business documents.
- Follow up on export, import, overseas, and domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery of cargo, including tracking overseas and domestic shipment progress and communicating with customers on delivery statuses.
- Coordinate with other departments for shipment arrangements.
- Prepare shipping documents compliant with customs regulations.
- Communicate with Sales and Production departments to ensure goods availability and alignment with customer orders.
- Handle other trading and logistics-related responsibilities as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- College Diploma.
- Language:
- Japanese at a business level, with good communication and email writing skills.
AND
- English at a business level, required for emails, documents, and occasional phone calls.
- At least 3 years of trading procedures experience at a manufacturing company or a trading company.
- Work experience in a Japanese company.
- Advanced PC skills.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Higher proficiency in language skills.
- More international trading experience.
- Previous work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company.
- Sales experience related to the plastic industry.
