Job Description
<Position Objective / Expectation> This department is responsible for exporting seafood and processed food products sourced or processed in Vietnam to Japan HQ and group companies.This position handles all tasks from customer support to export operations and follow-up. The staff will handle multiple tasks such as sales, import/export coordination, delivery arrangement, and support for Japanese business visitors. <Job Responsibilities> - Import/export arrangement - Delivery coordination - Shipping arrangements, customs procedures, and shipping/export documents. - Domestic sales support - Sales of seafood, food ingredients and processed food - Support Japanese business visitors - Email communication with Japanese clients - Other related tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28~41 ・Gender: Female preferred ・Education: Any ・Language: Japanese - Business level (reading/writing for business) ・Experience: - Trading/import-export experience in any industry at least 2 years - Long-term working commitment. - Willing to handle multiple tasks - Be ready to go on a business trip without hesitation. - Be able to work with MS Office - Proactive and action-oriented personality <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in food industry - Experience in sales - Experience working with Japanese companies
