Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation>
Sales position is responsible for developing new business opportunities and building a strong customer base as a sales professional. This position hadles inside sales; Manage leads, understand customer needs, and support sales activities to create business opportunities.

<Job description>
1. Lead Management:
- Create a list of potential customers
- Contact potential customers by phone, email, or online tools
- Make initial approach and create opportunities for meetings
2. Data Management:
- Collect and manage basic customer information
- Organize data in CRM systems
3. Analysis:
- Understand customer needs and issues through communication
- Analyze customer problems and pass to Field Sales
4. Follow-up:
- Follow up with customers after sending materials or PoC
- Maintain relationship with potential customers
5. KPI Management:
- Set and manage weekly KPIs (actions, conversion rate, number of PoCs, etc.)
- Propose and implement improvements if targets are not achieved

<業務内容>
リード管理:
顧客候補のリストアップ化から電話・メール・オンラインを通じた初回アプローチを実施し、面談機会を作る。
情報収集:
顧客の基本情報を収集して、一元管理する。
分析:
ヒアリングを通じて顧客課題を分析・明確化して、フィールドセールスにパスする。
フォローアップ:営業資料・PoC提案書を送付後、定期的にフォローアップを行い、顧客との距離を保持する。
成果管理:週次でKPI(アクション数、商談化率、PoC設定件数)を設定・管理し、未達の場合は改善策を作り実施する。

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill>
・ Education: Bachelor's degree
・ Age: ~35
・ Gender: Any
・ Language: English & Japanese (Both are conversational level for internal use)
・ Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or B2B sales
- Good communication skills via phone, email, and online tools
- Business level English
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience working with KPI-based performance

<Preferable Skill>
- Experience in SaaS or IT sales
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Experience in launching or supporting new business
- Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or above)
