Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> You will work with a Japanese manager to develop and follow up with new customers. ・Doing sales to both new and existing customers, mainly to Japanese manufacturers ・Approaching and obtaining appointments with customers on the list ・Visiting existing customers and providing after-sales support ・Proposing technical advice and proposals (with support from the Japanese technical department) ・Being responsible for implementation and after-sales support ・Creating quotations and contracts ・Supporting customs clearance and import/export operations *Have business trips to Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City about once or twice every six months. ＜業務内容＞ 日本人マネージャーと連携し、新規顧客の開拓およびフォローアップを担当していただきます。 ・主に日経製造企業に対し、新規および既存顧客への営業活動。 ・リストに基づく顧客へのアプローチおよびアポイント取得。 ・既存顧客への訪問およびアフターサービスの提供。 ・日本の技術部門のサポートを受けながら、技術的なアドバイスや提案の実施。 ・実施およびアフターサポートの責任。 ・見積書および契約書の作成。 ・通関手続きや輸出入業務のサポート。 ＊ダナンおよびホーチミン市への出張は半年に1～2回程度あります。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - University graduate - Language: Japanese - Business Level (from N2 and above) and English - Conversational Level (Reading and making documents) - Experience: + Have more than 3 years of experience in sales for a factory - Other: Not a Job hopper <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in import/export - Have machinery (machine tools, production equipment, etc.) experience ‐ Fluent English skills ‐ Earnest and cheerful
