<Job Responsibilities> ・Approaching existing and new customers ・Customer visits and relationship building ・Regular follow-up and gathering information on equipment upgrade timings ・Proposing production equipment, mainly injection molding machines (a Japanese representative will accompany you to appointments to provide technical support) ・Creating quotations and contracts ・Coordinating with designers and machine manufacturing partner companies ・Reporting to Japanese supervisors <Key Points> ・You can learn sales know-how and catch up while working under an experienced Japanese manager ・As the company was established two years ago, you can be involved in the growth of the company and its business. There are also opportunities for promotion ・Even without technical experience, you can gain experience in production equipment, for which demand is expected to expand in the future ・This is not a sales position where you can immediately secure projects; the products are very expensive, so building long-term relationships with customers and strong proposal skills are key ・Equipment manufacturing is handled by partners
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 23 ~ 30 years old ・Language: Japanese - intermediate level ・Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales ・Other： Has motivation for new client development <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in the machinery, equipment, or trading industry (especially injection machines) ・Sales experience targeting Vietnamese manufacturing companies ・Strong ability to acquire new customers ・Ability to read design documents
