<Job Responsibilities> - Recruitment: Planning and controlling recruitment for all positions. - Training: Developing annual training plans, implementing periodic training programs, and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness. - ISO: Managing internal process documentation; coordinating internal audits/responding to external audits; ensuring compliance (ISO, CSR, etc.). - Employment Contract Management: Monitoring and executing new and renewed contracts in accordance with legal procedures. - Reporting & Improvement: Monitoring KPIs and proposing improvements to recruitment, training, and system processes. - Other requests from HR Manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Human resource management or related fields - Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (JLPT from N3 level) - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training - Others: + MS Office Proficiency + Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Calculation skill + Personal: Strong, decisive, change mindset <Preferred Skills> Preference will be given to candidates holding one of these certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, ISO 45001
