Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Confirm the content of specifications and patterns (master patterns) shared from the Japanese headquarters - Explain and confirm specification details with OEM partner factories using Japanese and Vietnamese - Check sewing specifications, sizing, and finish of sample products - Consolidate inquiries from factories, confirm with Japanese headquarters, and provide feedback - Confirm sample correction details and provide improvement instructions - Provide technical support regarding sewing specifications and manufacturing processes - Conduct quality checks and follow up on progress from pre-production to mass production - Perform various coordination tasks between the Japanese headquarters and OEM factories ＜業務内容＞ ・日本本社から共有される仕様書およびパターン（マスターパターン）の内容を確認する ・日本語・ベトナム語を用いてOEM協力工場へ仕様内容を説明し、認識を合わせる ・サンプル製品の縫製仕様、寸法、仕上がり品質を確認する ・工場からの問い合わせ内容を取りまとめ、日本本社へ確認したうえで回答・フィードバックを行う ・サンプル修正内容を確認し、改善指示を行う ・縫製仕様や製造工程に関する技術的なサポートを提供する ・量産前から量産開始後までの品質確認および進捗フォローを行う ・日本本社とOEM協力工場間における各種調整・コーディネーション業務を担当する
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> ・Education: Vocational school or above ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (JLPT N2 equivalent) ・Experience: - More than 3 years of work experience in the apparel industry - No specific job position is required, but basic knowledge and understanding of the apparel production process, including planning, pattern making, fabric, cutting, sewing, inspection, and shipment <Skills> - Able to use previous apparel industry experience to communicate and coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders - Basic understanding of garment specifications and production processes, with the ability to accurately check and share necessary information < Preferred Skills / Experience> - Experience as a pattern maker, production control staff, quality control staff, or sewing/technical staff - Experience working for an OEM manufacturer, apparel manufacturer, or garment factory - Experience handling specifications or patterns (master patterns) - Knowledge or experience in women’s apparel 【必須条件】 ・専門学校卒以上 ・日本語：JLPT N2相当以上 ※日本本社との業務上のコミュニケーションが可能なレベル ・アパレル業界での実務経験3年以上 ・職種は問いませんが、企画・パターン・生地・裁断・縫製・検品・出荷など、衣料品が完成するまでの基本的な工程について理解・知識がある方 【経験・スキル】 ・アパレル業界でのこれまでの経験を活かして、社内外の関係者とコミュニケーション・調整ができる方 ・衣料品の仕様や生産工程について基本的な理解があり、業務上必要な情報を正確に確認・共有できる方 【歓迎条件】 ・パタンナー、生産管理、品質管理、縫製技術などの経験 ・OEMメーカー、アパレルメーカー、縫製工場などでの勤務経験 ・仕様書やパターン（マスターパターン）を扱った経験 ・婦人服に関する知識・経験
