Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > Provide quality control of clothing (T-shirts, pants, shirts, outerwear, innerwear, etc.) and miscellaneous goods at contract factories in Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries. <Job Responsibilities> (1) Planning of preventive measures for fabric/sewing quality problems in the product development stage (2) Quality check of mass-produced products (continuous confirmation of proper quality from pre-production to end of production) (3) On-site inspection at the factory/request for improvement and progress confirmation (4) Investigation of the cause of quality defects, planning of countermeasures, and confirmation of the progress of improvements when defects occur (5) Report on the above to the Production Department at the head office (Tokyo) and make business trips in conjunction with the above. (*) Periodic visits to factories in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City/business trips within Vietnam (2~3 times a month) and future business trips to neighboring Southeast Asian countries are also possible. ＜業務内容＞ ・製品開発段階における生地・縫製品質問題の予防策の立案。 ・量産品の品質チェック（量産前から生産終了までの品質維持の継続確認）。 ・工場での現地検品／改善依頼および進捗確認。 ・品質不良発生時の原因調査、対策の立案、および改善の進捗確認。 ・上記内容に関する東京本社（生産部）への報告、およびそれに伴う出張。 ※ホーチミン市郊外の工場への定期訪問／月2～3回程度のベトナム国内出張あります。将来的には近隣の東南アジア諸国への出張の可能性もあります。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: ~ around 30 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: - 8-10 years total work experience in the apparel industry is desirable, with at least 5 years of experience in quality control. - Knowledge of QC terminology in Japanese ・Others: - Be able to communicate well with all parties involved, including foreign nationals. - Have a strong will to carry out work and be a team player. - Able to respond flexibly and proactively to urgent, unforeseen, and inexperienced tasks. - Good understanding company's product and culture. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred - Furthermore, experience in apparel manufacturing, trading, retail (house hold, fashion Items / MD experience would be better. - Having High English or Chinese skills are big plus
