Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Act as the on-site manager of a plastic product molding company's QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) departments. ・Check quality, measure dimensions, and inspect pre-shipment,... of our plastic molded products. ・5S, quality improvement activities ・Communicate closely with other departments (manufacturing department, technology department, etc.) to improve quality. ・Understand the contents of the drawings of the molded product, and use measuring instruments to measure the dimensions of the molded part ・Measure dimensions of molded parts until the mold is accepted, targeting new molds ・Be the PIC for customer service regarding quality, dealing with complaints, and handling various quality issues,... As a manager, you will be responsible for managing, guiding, and educating all staffs on site of the QA and QC departments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: High School and above - Foreign Language: Japanese conversational level - Practical experience in ISO management - 5 years of working experience in QA/QC management in manufacturing companies - Can use measuring equipment - Can perform mold testing and inspection - Live near factory (Commuting time within 30 minutes) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can use a three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM) - Have working experience in molding injection, plastic manufacturing companies - Over 1 year of working experience in the molding industry - Over 2 years of working experience in QC/QA - Japanese/ English skills
