Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Check factory problems or changes in production and fix them if needed.
- Organize production methods and check product quality.
- Check shipping documents (export documents, etc.).
- Find the cause of defective products and improve them.
- Teach workers about quality points.
- Make daily and weekly reports and report to the manager.

＜仕事内容＞
工場の異常や生産の変更を確認し、問題があれば対応する。
生産の方法を整理し、品質に問題がないか確認する。
出荷する製品の書類（輸出書類など）を確認する。
製品の不良があれば原因を調べ、改善する。
作業員に品質の注意点を教える。
日報や週報を作り、上司に報告する。

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent to N3 or higher)
・Experience & Skills:
- Experience in QA/QC at a manufacturing company.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
