Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Direct all project phases – engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication, and shipment. - Carry out a kick-off meeting at the beginning of every large-scale project. - Ensure that the right product is constructed and delivered to meet the Company’s quality standard and contract requirements. - Track project against its schedule, budget, and reporting status to management and customer on a regular basis and as needed. - Utilize project management methodologies, systems, and tools as defined by the Company. - Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among related departments. - Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated occurrences. - Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality, cost, or on-time delivery. - Develop a project schedule to submit client. - Support production to carry out the production in case of scarcity of in-house resources by external providers. - Control and monitor the given work to external providers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: from 26 to 40 ・Gender: Any ・Education: College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, major in Mechanical Engineering ・Language: Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: 3 years at an equivalent position ・Other Skill : Working knowledge of CAD (2D, 3D), MS Office, MS Projects <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・MBA or Equivalent (Advantage) ・English Advantage
