<Job Responsibilities> ・Improve production department documentation and charts (operation manuals, assembly checklists, etc.). ・Increase production productivity by improving production methods and tools. ・Improve production quality and production capacity. ・Improve the management practices of the production department. ・Guide, train, and manage subordinates. ・Manage and revise the ISO documentation system of the production department.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> ・Gender: Any ・Age: 27-38 ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (N3 or above) ・Experience: - At least 2 years of experience working in the production department of a Japanese company. - Experience in improving production documentation and charts (operation manuals, QC process diagrams). - Understanding of process capacity, costs (non-production, non-mass production), and waste. - Understanding of product drawings, component drawings, and machining methods. - Experience in ISO operation. - Experience in improving the capabilities of subordinate staff (guidance, training).
