<Job Responsibilities>
■ Mass Production Preparation & Improvement
Support preparation for the mass production of new products
Conduct parts inspection and sample product creation
Improve manufacturing methods and work procedures
Support production line efficiency improvement
■ Manufacturing & Assembly
Perform assembly and manufacturing work for electric heating products
Handle component fitting, wiring, and final assembly
Follow standard work procedures during production operations
■ Quality Control
Check product quality and safety
Conduct basic operation and functionality checks on finished products
Participate in quality improvement activities
■ Others
Check and manage component inventory
Follow workplace safety rules and procedures
Communicate and coordinate with Japanese staff and other departments

品質改善活動への参加

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: From 27 years old
・Education: Graduated from an Intermediate level (Vocational school) or higher.
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (From N3) *The job frequently involves interacting with Japanese speakers
・Experience:
- More than 1 year of experience in any industry.
・Others:
- Proficient in office computing (Microsoft Office, etc.).
-Ideal Candidate: A person with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh. For those living in Bien Hoa, a company shuttle bus service will be provided along a fixed route.
