<Job Responsibilities> ・Make a plan for the production system of the order ・Management of the production system according to the production plan ・Prevent problems during production (find the cause and improve) ・Management of production deadlines ・Manage QC QA tasks、Dealing with quality problems ・Construction of internal processes in accordance with ISO standards ・Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Qualification: College diploma or Bachelor's degree ・Language Skills: English communication and Japanese Business Level (Around N2 for internal use and can communicate via Email in Japanese) ・Gender: Male preferred ・Age: 25-35 ・Have 3 years of working experience as a Production Management or QC position in a Japanese manufacturing company ・Have good knowledge of ISO ・Can use PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Know about plastic manufacturing ・Have experience as a technical intern at a Japanese manufacturing company. ・ Knows slit processing, machining
