<Job Responsibilities> - Manage production coordination with local partner enterprise (OEM partner) - Handle ordering and receiving operations - Conduct quality control and assurance activities - Collaborate and coordinate with partner factories - Support shipping and delivery operations - Perform comprehensive production management tasks in coordination with OEM factory - Conduct regular visits to the partner factory located in VSIP2 ＜仕事内容＞ 現地OEMパートナー工場との生産管理・生産調整 発注業務および入荷・受入れ管理 品質管理・品質保証業務 パートナー工場との各種打ち合わせ・調整 出荷・納品に関する業務サポート OEM工場と連携した生産計画・納期・在庫を含む生産管理業務全般 VSIP2にあるパートナー工場への定期訪問および現場確認
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Language: - English: Intermediate (Read and Write ) - Japanese Conversational Level (Around N3 for internal use ) - Experience - At least 4 years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry - Knowledge and practical experience in quality control and quality assurance - Experience coordinating and negotiating with OEM factories or manufacturing partners - Willingness to make regular business visits to the partner factory located in VSIP2 - Personality - Flexible and willing to support other departments or team members when needed - Able to communicate effectively and build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working for a Japanese company, or - Experience working with Japanese companies as clients or business partners ＜必須要件＞ ・語学 英語：中級レベル（読み書きができるレベル） 日本語：日常会話レベル（N3相当・社内コミュニケーションで使用） ・経験 製造業における生産管理業務の実務経験4年以上 品質管理・品質保証に関する知識・経験 OEM工場や協力工場との調整・折衝経験 VSIP2にあるパートナー工場への定期訪問・出張が可能な方 ・人物像 業務状況に応じて、他部署や他スタッフのサポートにも柔軟に対応できる方 社内外の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる方 ＜歓迎要件＞ 日系企業での勤務経験、または日系企業を顧客とした業務経験がある方
