Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and adjust the annual master production plan.
- Manage weekly production allocation and production capacity balancing.
- Create detailed fixed production plans by product code.
- Coordinate and communicate between the sales department and production department.
- Monitor production progress and update monthly rolling production plans.
- Analyze production efficiency based on KPI data and promote process improvement activities.
- Manage finished goods inventory and adjust production schedules accordingly.
- Prepare reports and communicate regularly with Japanese management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30 - 45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Graduated from an Intermediate level (Vocational school) or higher.
・Language: Japanese - Intermidiate Level Level (From N2) *The job frequently involves interacting with Japanese speakers
・Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in production control in the manufacturing industry.
- Have management experience for workers.
・Others:
- Proficient in office computing (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ideal Candidate: A person with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh. For those living in Bien Hoa, a company shuttle bus service will be provided along a fixed route.
