<Job Responsibilities> 1. Woven - Collaborate with designers and planning teams to understand market trends and reflect them in product development - Develop and source materials that align with product concepts - Collect and analyze material information, and confirm quality and suitability for mass production - Manage usable materials and control delivery timelines for mass production - Regional Product Planning & Sustainable Materials - Source environmentally friendly materials (natural fibers, recycled materials, etc.) available in ASEAN, especially Vietnam - Propose products suitable for daily life in the ASEAN market - Conduct research on product development tailored to local lifestyles and needs - Communication & Team Management - Report and coordinate with Japanese management - Support, guide, and coach team members (assistant leader role) 2.Knit ・Delivery Management - Manage schedules from sample development stage to mass production, shipment, and product launch - Check production capacity and production lead time before mass production - Monitor production progress at factories - Check delivery schedule and confirm there are no issues before shipment - Report and coordinate with the Production Department at Tokyo HQ ・Quality Management - Develop preventive actions for fabric/sewing quality issues during product development stage - Check product quality continuously from pre-production to production completion - Instruct factories on management methods and inspection methods - Check factory production environment, request improvements, and follow up progress - Investigate quality issues, create countermeasures, and follow up improvement progress - Report and coordinate with the Production Department at Tokyo HQ <業務内容> 1.布帛製品 - デザイナーや企画チームと連携し、市場動向やトレンドを把握して製品開発に反映する - 商品コンセプトに合った資材の開発および調達を行う - 資材情報を収集・分析し、量産に適した品質・特性を確認する - 使用可能な資材の管理および量産に向けた納期管理を行う - 地域商品企画・サステナブル素材対応 - ASEAN(特にベトナム)で調達可能な環境配慮型資材(天然繊維・リサイクル素材等)の調達 - ASEAN市場の生活に適した商品の提案 - 各国の生活様式に合わせた商品開発に関する情報収集 - コミュニケーション・チームマネジメント - 日本人上司への報告および連携 - メンバーのサポート・指導(アシスタントリーダー的役割) 2.ニット ・納期管理 - 商品開発サンプル段階から量産〜出荷〜発売までのスケジュールの管理 - 量産前の生産キャパ、生産工程LTの確認 - 生産進捗状況の現場確認 - 納期管理および出荷まで異常が無いかの現場確認 - 上記内容についての本社生産部(東京)への報告と連動 ・品質管理 - 商品開発段階での生地/縫製品質問題の予見予防策の立案 - 量産商品の品質確認(生産前から生産終了まで適正な品質で生産されているか継続的な確認) - 工場での管理手法・検品手法の指導 - 工場での生産環境確認/改善依頼と進捗確認 - 品質不良発生時の原因調査と対策立案と改善の進捗確認 - 上記内容についての本社生産部(東京)への報告と連動
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27~44 ・Gender: Female ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Languages: Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: - More than 3 years of practical experience in apparel production control or quality control. - Have basic skills and experience in procuring new materials and new factories and managing mass-produced production - Experience and knowledge in clothing production/quality control or planning and development - Experience in material development for clothing and miscellaneous goods, and planning and development of new products - Experience in mass production ・Other: - Basic PC skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Able to lead team members under Japanese manager - Able to work long-term - Having bright personality <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred ₋ Having High English or Chinese skills are big plus
