Job Description

<Job Summary>
- This position is responsible for leading the overall HR, Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Import-Export, and Purchasing functions to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.
- The role will directly report to the Japanese General Director and manage 2 team members in charge of import-export and purchasing.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee all HR and Administration activities, including company policies, internal regulations, labor compliance, and office management
- Take strong ownership of Compensation & Benefits, including payroll review, PIT, SHUI, labor contracts, attendance, leave management, annual salary review, and bonus planning
- Support budgeting and manpower planning in line with business needs
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluation, and internal communication
- Supervise import-export operations, customs-related documentation, and coordination with logistics vendors through the team member
- Oversee purchasing activities, including supplier management, price negotiation, PO control, and internal procurement flow
- Ensure smooth coordination among departments and provide operational support to the General Director
- Prepare reports, analyses, and proposals for management decision-making
- Lead and coach 2 subordinates to ensure effective task execution

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (JLPT N3 or above) 
・Experience: 
       - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR & Administration, with strong hands-on experience in C&B
       - Experience in handling import-export and purchasing administration
       - Proven team management experience
       - Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, SHUI, PIT, and HR operations
       - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
       - Able to report and communicate directly with Japanese management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies is highly preferred
・Japanese: JLPT N2 level preferred
