Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers (mainly local and Japanese-affiliated companies in Vietnam) - Handle inquiries from clients and follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and product specifications - Coordinate with internal teams (product development, production, and quality control) to ensure timely delivery and product quality - Identify potential business opportunities and support new customer development when needed - Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and manage contracts with clients - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management - Keep track of market trends and customer needs in the garment industry - Support product planning and development in collaboration with the Product Development Managers - Attend client meetings and occasional business trips within Vietnam if required - Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: ~45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level, and English - conversational or above ・Experience: - Sales experience (preferably B2B), especially in managing existing clients - Excellent listening and communication skills. - Professional demeanor and outgoing personality - Ability to build relationships and trust with customers <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the garment/apparel or textile industry
