Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> (1) Accounting Management (Outsourced) • Liaise with external accounting service providers • Review and manage monthly and annual financial reports • Support tax and audit processes • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (2) HR Management (Outsourced) • Oversee payroll, social insurance, and labor-related processes • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies • Propose improvements to HR systems and policies (3) Administration Management • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions • Manage company assets, documents, and office supplies • Support internal events, meetings, and logistics • Manage external vendors (IT, Warehouse, Service Providers, etc.) (4) Reporting & Management Support • Prepare and consolidate reports in company-required formats • Conduct data analysis and provide management reports (5) Support to the General Director • Assist in business performance analysis, planning, and budgeting • Monitor progress and prepare management materials
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) ・Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting, HR & administration • Strong balance of emotional intelligence and analytical thinking • Ability to act as both controller and business partner • Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external partners • Experience in managing outsourced services • Cost-conscious with a focus on efficiency and improvement • Good analytical and reporting skills
