Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
・As a customer support representative for a major Japanese smartphone app game, you will respond in Japanese to inquiries received via email from users playing the game.
・Provide operational guidance and quality control to Vietnamese staff using Japanese (N3 or higher).
・Conduct regular reports to customers and coordinate operations under the direction of Japanese supervisors.
・Collaborate with the Japanese parent company.

Specifically:
・Issue operational instructions to Vietnamese operators and manage their progress.
・Quality control for assigned projects
・Client communication (interactions with client companies)
・Staff evaluation
・Management of work environment and shifts

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Gender: Any
・Age: Any
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or higher)
・Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Windows PCs, smartphones, and IT
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Management experience leading teams of 5+ members
- Customer support experience (email, chat)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Work experience or long-term play experience with smartphone games (especially Japanese RPGs and games featuring gacha mechanics)
・Trainer or Supervisor experience in customer support (email, chat, phone, etc.)
・2+ years of practical experience in the BPO industry
・Work experience with online services or e-commerce sites
・English proficiency (TOEIC score equivalent to 700 or higher)
・Work experience at a Japanese company or residency experience in Japan
