1. New Business Development (60%)
Lead new HR business development from planning to commercialization.
Identify market needs in Vietnam and build business hypotheses.
Plan and execute sales strategies, including target selection and customer approach.
Validate business ideas and continuously improve the business model.

2. Organization Management (40%)
Improve HR systems and internal operations.
Identify organizational issues and implement improvement plans.
Ensure HR compliance while maintaining an efficient organization.
Work with external partners when necessary.

1.新規事業の推進(60%)
事業戦略を立てるだけでなく、仮説・実行・検証を通し、収益化までのアプローチを構築します。
・ベトナム市場のニーズを捉え、事業仮説の立案から検証までをリード
・ターゲット設計・アプローチ方法の設計を含む営業戦略の立案と、それらの実行

2.組織運営(40%)
法令遵守を徹底しながらも、スピード感を失わない会社組織の仕組み作りを行います。
・全社の人事制度・運用改善施策の企画・運用
・組織課題の特定・整理から、是正施策の立案・実行まで(法的確認・外部パートナーとの連携含む)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill>
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: JLPT N2 level or above with the ability to lead meetings in Japanese
・Experience:
- Experience launching a new business from scratch with strong ownership.
- Experience independently managing the PDCA cycle (Hypothesis → Execution → Validation → Improvement).
- HR knowledge and practical experience, such as Recruitment Agency / HR Consulting / HR Leader / HRBP in a company

<Preferable Skill>
- Experience growing a business from the 1→10 stage.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies in the Vietnam market.
- Experience leading HR policy design or HR system improvements.
- Basic knowledge of labor law, taxation, social insurance, and HR compliance.
- Ability to understand and manage business profitability (P/L & B/S).
