Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle general administration tasks - Support accounting and expense-related operations - Prepare and manage contracts and related documents - Support import/export documentation and coordination - Communicate with external Japanese clients and partners - Coordinate with internal members and headquarters - Manage reports, filing, and office documentation - Support office operations and other assigned back-office tasks - Assist communication between Vietnamese staff and Japanese management if needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - JLPT N2, basic English (Email, documantation) ・Experience/Skills: Comfortable communicating with Japanese people outside the company <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in administration, accounting support, and contract management - Experience in import/export will be an advantage
