<Job Responsibilities> - Handle daily and monthly accounting tasks, including issuance of VAT invoices. - Prepare various contracts, such as sales contracts and purchase orders. - Check accounting documents, perform data entry, and manage filing. - Manage products, process orders, control samples, and verify receiving and shipping records. - Manage attendance records and organize important documents. - Perform general administrative tasks and support the supervisor as required. <仕事内容> ・日次、月次の会計業務。VAT INVOICEの発行。Sales contract等の契約書作成。送金注文作成。 ・会計関連資料のスキャン、ファイリング。本社、得意先との受発注業務。 ・備品の管理、発注。サンプル管理、管理シートの更新。業者との契約書チェック。 ・勤怠チェック、管理。重要書類ファイリング。 ・その他上長のサポート。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Around 24 – 30 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Accounting. ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 Level or higher) ・Experience : 1–2 years of accounting experience. ・Others - Interest in Japanese cosmetics and consumer goods. - Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and complete tasks independently. - Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. ・PC Skills: Required <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English: Preferred (reading and writing) ・Cooperative and receptive to feedback. ・Able to reflect on and improve personal weaknesses.
