Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - New store launch: Oversee the overall launch of multiple new stores. - Sales management: After opening, manage sales and costs, personnel, inventory, and other general store operations at each store. - Market research and analysis: Research and analyze market trends in northern Vietnam and incorporate them into store strategies. - Manage the installation and operations of new equipment, and provide staff training on operation, etc. *There is a possibility of a period of training at HCM after joining the company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Collage Diploma ・Gender: Any ・Age: more than around 30y ・Language :Japanese - Business level - Equivalent to N2 or more - Experience in launching new businesses or developing new stores - Communication and leadership skills ⁻ Good understanding for service industry ⁻ Having Management experience <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in store management or area management in the game center or amusement facility industry ⁻ Having area management skills in service industry - Self-motivated - Ability to move forward with a sense of urgency - Committed to results
