Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Technical support for in-house sales and dealer sales (defect response, solution proposals) - Machining simulations using CAD/CAM and time study creation - Test cutting using actual machine tools - Accompanying users and responding to customer machining inquiries - Showroom machine management * Business trips: to HCMC 1 time per month, to Japan/overseas sometimes per year.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelors Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-40 years old ・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2) ・Experience: - Experience with machining using machine tools (machining centers) - CAD/CAM program creation skills - Experience creating 3D models - Have 5+ years of experience using CAD/CAM software → Fusion360, HyperMill, SolidCam, etc. - Working experience in machine tool industry. Candidates must have one of the following experiences: • Work experience as a salesperson, service engineer, or application engineer at a machine tool manufacturer or dealer. • Knowledge and experience sufficient to understand the machining process and propose and explain the direction of models and specifications to customers and dealers. *Machine tools are defined as machining centers. Experience with lathes, automatic lathes, grinders, etc. will be discussed separately. * Sales and technical experience at a cutting tool manufacturer will be considered depending on the job content. * Five or more years of work experience recommended (but not required). <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English skills ・Working experience in machine tool manufacturer (application engineer) ・Experience using our company's machine tools or other companies' BT30 machines ・Experience working for a Japanese company (technical internship experience is OK) ・Knowledge of IoT and PLC ・Curious about machining technology and a proactive approach to technical challenges <Preferred personality> ・Skills for building relationships with customers ・Flexible communication skills, a strong focus on results, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
