Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Search for and evaluate new garment factories/suppliers in Vietnam that meet the quality standards for the Japanese market.- Monitor production schedules from order placement to final shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with factories to resolve technical issues and ensure products meet the specific requirements of Japanese customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for Japanese customers regarding order specifications, samples, and production updates.
- Conduct regular factory visits (domestic and occasionally international) to audit production lines and troubleshoot issues on-site.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: College Diploma or above
- Language: Japanese and English - Business Level (Equivalent to N2/N1)
- Experience: 3 ~ 5 years of experience in Apparel Production Management or Sourcing. Experience working in Japanese Trading Houses or garment export companies, focusing on Japan, is a must.
+ Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
+ Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards for the Japanese market.
+ Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under high pressure.
+ Willingness and ability to travel for work (domestic and overseas).
