Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Inspect the quality of apparel products based on customer requirements and quality standards.
- Check products against technical documents, specifications, and related standards.
- Identify quality issues and defects and report them to related parties.
- Communicate and coordinate with related parties regarding quality issues.
- Conduct inspections at factories when required.
- Travel domestically and overseas when necessary, including Cambodia and Japan.
- Learn and improve knowledge of apparel products, sewing processes, and quality control.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Any education
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level, equivalent to JLPT N3 or above
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in either:
- Apparel/garment production or sewing; or
- Apparel inspection at an inspection company.
・Skill:
- Ability to understand specifications and quality standards and identify quality issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills with factories and related parties.
- Careful and accurate, and able to travel domestically and overseas.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Sewing experience with difficult apparel products, especially Jackets > Shirts > T-shirts
- Experience in apparel inspection.
- Experience in mass-production sample inspection or final inspection.
- Experience working with garment factories or third-party inspection companies.
- Experience checking products against specifications and quality standards.
- Experience identifying defects based on technical requirements.
- Experience in a Japanese apparel company.
