<Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for all general affairs and HR tasks at the Vietnam location. Working in coordination with Japanese management and external partners, you will advance the following tasks: ・Local staff recruitment (job posting, interview scheduling, onboarding procedures) ・Payroll processing and attendance management (practical tasks + coordination with accounting consultants) ・Serving as the point of contact with external accounting/tax consultants ・Management and procurement of office supplies and consumables ・Support for visitors from Japan (schedule coordination, reception preparations, etc.) This role does not require handling everything alone; specialized tasks will be divided with external partners.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 23-40 years old ・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2) ・Experience: - Have 3+ years of practical experience in HR or General Affairs - Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) <Preferred Skill / Experience > ・Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping ・Relatively few career changes <Preferred Personality ・Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately ・Flexibility to coordinate and act in alignment with others ・Thinks beyond personal role to consider company-wide impact ・Calm and composed communication style <Ideal Candidate> ・Those seeking long-term, stable employment in the administrative department of a Japanese company ・Those wanting to handle a wide range of general affairs and HR duties in a small team environment ・Those who find fulfillment in a proactive support role rather than waiting for instructions
