IT ADMINISTRATION 1.DATA/BACKUP & STORAGE MANAGEMENT 2.SECURITY MANAGEMENT: - Network security, access control, data protection - Software admin account management (Microsoft 365..) - IT policy creation and maintenance 3.INFRASTRUCTURE & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT: - Servers, Wifi, CCTV, Telephone - Network infrastructure as Firewall, VPN.... 4.OAS MANAGEMENT/REPORTS 5.IT PROCUREMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT B. IT HELPDESK 1. USERS ONBOARD/OFFBOARD MANAGEMENT (Laptop, Monitors, Email, Face ID, Printer, Accounts, Group mails, Group chat, Network, Folders, Fingerprint code.) 2.HARDWARE MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE 3.SOFTWARE INSTALL & UPDATE 4.IT REPORTS ON PERFORMANCE C: MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP 1. TEAM MANAGEMENT — leading and coordinating IT support team members 2. IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT — planning and delivering IT-related projects (e.g., system implementations, vendor coordination)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and backup systems. • Experience in IT security management, access control, and data protection. • Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration, IT policies, and system management. • Ability to manage IT projects and lead a support team effectively. • Good problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese Skills
