<Job Responsibilities> • Provide basic IT support for employees (PC, printer, email, network). • Install and set up computers and office IT equipment. • Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications. • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues. • Manage simple IT asset inventory and user accounts.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related field. ・Gender: Female only ・Age: Under 30 years old ・Language: English at Intermediate level (TOEIC ≥ 800) ・Experience: - Have 1 year of working experience in IT Helpdesk Position - Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and LAN/Wi-Fi. - Responsible, careful, and willing to learn.
