Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare the detailed shop-drawings from design drawings. - Develop drawings while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design. - Create concept designs for Office, Restaurant, Clinic, Residence, and Villa projects. - Review and check shop drawings received from sub-contractors. - Coordinate with relevant departments including design, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Construction teams for the preparation and submission of shop-drawings for approval, including details for civil works and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) parts. - Ensure all shop drawings are done to company's standards, are constructible, practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and support good profitability for the company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architectural Engineering. - Language: English - Business Level (proficiency to read and understand technical documents) - Experience: At least 7 years of experience in concept design and shop-drawing deployment at construction sites. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. - Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. - Being resourceful, detail-oriented, and possessing good communication skills. - Site management skills.
