<Job Responsibilities>
1. MAN POWER PLANNING: to ensure the availability of qualified manpower in running company's business.
2. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: to creates best anticipation related with business change.
- Increasing manpower productivity and job satisfaction.
- Improvement on training and development system.
3. PAYROLL & REMUNERATION: to maintain level of employees satisfaction compared with others company with same level.
- Decreasing manpower turnover.
4. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: to ensure manpower productivity and creates better atmosphere of the organization.
- Performance management can be held as per schedule.
5. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: to ensure all departmental function are in line with business strategy to achieve organizational vision, mission, and objective.
- Set up HR system: training & development, performance appraisal, prohibition of harassment, etc.
6. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: to support any program in relation with community relation programs as an expression of corporate social responsibility.
- Zero complain from community regarding the existence of the organization.
- Zero complain from government officer, media, and community.
- Safety committee
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree from any major (preferable from Psychology, Law or Human Resource Management)
・Minimum 7 years of working experience as HR
・Have comprehensive knowledge on manpower regulation, change management
・Passionate to develop the organization/community
・Have a great service orientation
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・CHRP or BNSP certified will be a plus
