Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with business leaders 
- Develop HR strategies that support that alligns with the organizational vision
- Provide HR guidance and support including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard talents, ensuring alignment with business needs and cultural fit
- Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and productivity
- Manage and resolve employee relation issues in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to company policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions to address them
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional team on HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min bachelor's degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency with HSK 5 and business English proficiency
・2 years of experience as HRBP with 5 years as HR overall role
・Able to build strong relationship and collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders at all level of the organization, strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment laws, and regulations
・Good communication, strategical, able to work under pressure, fast paced
