Job Description
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for apprenticeship programs.
- Evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria and requirements for placement in Japan.
- Review and verify documents related to the apprenticeship, including PKWT, NDA, CVs, and other relevant paperwork.
- Ensure all documents are accurately completed and compliant with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices in completing and submitting necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with LPK or training centers to oversee the training process of apprentices before their departure to Japan.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure apprentices are meeting training objectives and requirements.
- Address any issues or concerns raised during the training period and provide necessary support and guidance to apprentices.
- Maintain regular communication with apprentices deployed to Japan to ensure their well-being and performance.
- Address any challenges or issues faced by apprentices during their tenure in Japan and provide necessary assistance and support.
Job Requirement
・A minimum of 3 years of experience working at a LPK, or has previous experience as an apprentice in Japan.
・Possesses a JLPT N3 certification or higher,
・Proficient in English at a business or intermediate level
・Able to perform administrative work
