<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage full spectrum of HR Management from Man Power Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefits, People & Organization Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Termination Management
・Manage all aspect of GA : legal compliance, building & infrastructure, security & safety, Expat licenses etc.
・Develop or revise Job Description, Salary Grading Structure, Organization Structure, Competency Standard & Assessment, Performance Management, Training Need & Schedule.
・Propose annual HRGA budget and monitor the implementation of budget
・Report to Finance Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Male, 40 – 45 years old
- Posses at least Bachelor's Degree majoring Law/ Psychology/ Administration, preferably master degree in HR
- Competency Certification in Human Resources Management (SKKI)
- Work experience in: Multi National Company (/ ies) in HR in the same function for at least 5-8 years , Managing or performing work across multiple Human Resources functions
-Having experienced in :
• dealing with Union
• making CLA
• VISA matters
• Japanese companies
• Payroll using HRIS
• People Development and Training
• Knowledge in income tax PPh 21
• Actuary (is a plus)
• Basic accounting related with employee benefit (is a plus)
• IT Planning (Management and Policy)
• Communication with Regional Office/ Head Office
• HR Audit
• General Affairs:
o Communication with Building Management
o Car Rental
o Drivers
o Receptionist
o Housekeeping
o Office Renovation
o Insurance
o Physical Checking
