<Job Responsibilities>

2. Bukti Potong 172A-1
3. SSP masa
4. Recruitment, training and education
5. Payroll, salary slip
6. Jamsostek, employee insurance
7. Pph21,performance appraisal (KPI), tax reconciliation

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

1. Bachelor in Psychology or Social and Political Faculty from Reputable University
2. Age 26-35 years old
3. Minimal 5 years experience in a similar position
4. Working experience from KAP
5. Having knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
6. Brevet Tax Certificate will be a plus
7. Good knowledge of recruitment, training and education, payroll, Jamsostek, employee insurance and pph21, performance appraisal (KPI), tax reconciliation
8. Mastering manpower regulations
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
10. Good analytical thinking and problem solver orientation
11. Able to speak & write English in conversational level

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

1. Japanese speaker preferable
