Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize the different activities of the HR department (from hire to retire), recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, legal, social relations & administration
- Propose HR policies & Assure that these are effectively implemented on site.
- Organize the full flow of the personnel administration (management of absenteeism, leave, national health issues, etc)
- Maintain informal and formal contacts through the different trade union consultation bodies with the trade union partners to ensure that a positive labour climate is created and to avoid personnel issues
- Coach and work on the development of your employees to ensure their competences, skills and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage and to work as a well-functioning team
- This role manages 1 to 10 subordinates. Function(s) that are managed: Payroll Specialists and administrative Employees
- You will report to Vice president Director and GM Administration

Requirement
'- Male/ Female
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Law/ Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experiences at least as Ass HR Manager
- Have excellent skills in People development, C&B, labor law, human resources strategic planning
- Have excellent skills in handling Labor
- Good communication in English (verbal & written)
- Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Willing to be located in Cikarang Barat
