Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Help Desk & IT Support ・Respond to employee inquiries regarding PCs, software, and IT-related issues ・Manage user accounts (password resets, access rights configuration) ・Perform troubleshooting for network connectivity, printers, email systems, etc. 2. IT Asset Management (in coordination with Head Office) ・Procure, configure, and distribute PCs, smartphones, and peripheral devices ・Manage software licenses ・Plan and execute equipment replacement and disposal 3. Network & Server Management ・Build, operate, and monitor internal LAN and Wi-Fi networks ・Manage servers (file servers, mail servers, cloud environments) ・Set up and maintain VPN and remote access environments 4. Security Management (in coordination with Head Office) ・Implement and maintain antivirus and endpoint security solutions ・Configure firewalls and access control settings ・Develop security policies and conduct security awareness training to prevent information leakage 5. Business System Operations (in coordination with Head Office) ・Maintain and support internal systems such as ERP, attendance management, and expense management systems ・Administer cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) ＜仕事内容＞ 1. ヘルプデスク・サポート業務 ・社員からのPC、ソフトウェアに関する問い合わせ対応 ・アカウント管理（パスワードリセット、アクセス権限の設定） ・ネットワーク接続、プリンタ、メール等に関するトラブルシューティング 2. IT資産管理（本社と連携） ・PC、スマートフォン、周辺機器の購入、初期設定、配布対応 ・ソフトウェアライセンスの管理 ・IT機器の更新および廃棄計画の立案・実施 3. ネットワーク・サーバ管理 ・社内LANおよびWi-Fi環境の構築、運用、監視 ・各種サーバ（ファイルサーバ、メールサーバ、クラウド環境）の管理 ・VPNおよびリモートアクセス環境の整備・運用 4. セキュリティ対策（本社と連携） ・ウイルス対策ソフトの導入、更新、運用管理 ・ファイアウォールおよびアクセス制御の設定・管理 ・情報漏えい防止に向けたセキュリティポリシーの策定および社員教育 5. 業務システム運用（本社と連携） ・ERP、勤怠管理、経費精算等の社内業務システムの運用・保守 ・クラウドサービス（Microsoft 365、Google Workspace 等）の管理
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27 ~ 40 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: - Japanese - Business Level (For Internal Use) or - English - Business Level (For Internal Use) ・Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in network, security, and server management, gained either in an in-house IT environment or at an IT consulting firm/system integrator (SIer) ・Technical Skills ・OS / Software Knowledge - Basic operation of Windows - Administration and management of cloud services such as Microsoft 365 ・Basic Network Knowledge - Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN - Configuration and troubleshooting of LAN and Wi-Fi environments ・Security Knowledge - Implementation and operation of antivirus solutions - Firewall configuration - Basic knowledge of information security measures, including data leakage prevention, authentication, and encryption ・Server / Cloud Management - Management of Active Directory and file servers - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure ・IT Asset Management - Hardware lifecycle management - Software license management ・Backup / Restore - Basic knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery (DR) <必須要件> ・業務経験 - インハウス、またはITコンサルティング企業／SIerにおいて、ネットワーク・セキュリティ・サーバ管理に関する業務に5年以上携わった経験を有すること。 ・技術スキル ・OS／ソフトウェア知識 - Windowsの基本操作 - Microsoft 365 等のクラウドサービス管理 ・ネットワーク基礎知識 - TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、VPNに関する基本的な理解 - LAN／Wi-Fiの設定およびトラブルシューティング ・セキュリティ知識 - ウイルス対策ソフトの導入・運用 - ファイアウォール設定 - 情報漏えい防止対策、認証・暗号化に関する基礎知識 ・サーバ／クラウド管理 - Active Directory、ファイルサーバの管理 - AWS、Azure 等クラウド基盤に関する基本知識 ・IT資産管理 - ハードウェアのライフサイクル管理 - ソフトウェアライセンス管理 ・バックアップ／リストア - データ保護および災害復旧（DR）に関する基礎知識
