<Position Objective/Expectation >
A Japanese food trading company specializing in seafood and food products.
This position is responsible for handling the export of Vietnamese seafood to Japan and the import of food products from Japan, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of international trade operations.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and process export/import documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.)
- Handle customs declaration and clearance procedures for import/export shipments
- Issue invoices and manage warehouse-related documents
- Apply for and manage Certificates of Origin (C/O)
- Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, and related parties
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and send shipping documents to customers
- Track and manage temporary import/export and related documentation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language: Japanese business level & English - Business Level
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in import/export operations
- Experience handling full-cycle import/export procedures
- Experience dealing with container shipments
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in food trading company
- Experience working with Japanese companies
- Experience working with bonded warehouses or EPE companies
