Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for the scrap sales process for export processing enterprises. - Receive scrap information from the warehouse department, create invoices and packing lists, and submit them to the environmental company for export declaration. - Monitor the process of transferring scrap to the environmental company to ensure legal compliance. - Responsible for the destruction process of raw materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, finished goods, and semi-finished goods. - Receive the list of raw materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, finished goods, and semi-finished goods from relevant departments. - Check and verify the accuracy of the list of goods to be destroyed. - Reconcile with settlement reports and review the list of goods to be destroyed. - Calculate actual norms; check and review annual settlement reports and liquidation reports from the service company. - Calculate actual norms monthly and send them to the service company for inventory import-export checks. - Calculate actual norms annually, check, and review settlement reports and liquidation reports from the service company. - Declare settlement reports and norms on the Ecuss system. - Handle issues arising from import and export. - Control logistics costs and create weekly and monthly cost reports. - Update changes in regulations and customs procedures as they arise.
