Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. IMC Strategy & Planning
•	Analyze business objectives, market landscape, competitors, and consumer behavior
•	Develop IMC Strategy: Brand Strategy, Communication Strategy, Campaign Big Idea
•	Build communication framework: key message, content direction, channel roles
•	Plan integrated campaigns: Paid – Owned – Earned Media
•	Ensure strategic consistency across Online & Offline touchpoints
•	Develop event strategies, manage KOL/KOC booking, oversee OOH execution
•	Align communication plans with business growth phases

2. Research & Analysis
•	Conduct desk research, social listening, and consumer research (qualitative & quantitative)
•	Analyze marketing data and past campaign performance
•	Translate data into actionable strategic insights
•	Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign performance reports

3. Cross-functional Collaboration
•	Work closely with Creative, Media, and Performance teams to ensure strategic alignment
•	Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign concept development
•	Monitor campaign progress and optimize when necessary
•	Apply PDCA framework and deliver performance analysis reports

4. Evaluation & Optimization
•	Track Brand KPIs & Performance KPIs
•	Measure multi-channel campaign effectiveness
•	Consolidate learnings and propose optimization strategies

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English- Intermediate level 
・Experience: 
•	Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Planner / Strategic Planner
•	Experience in executing IMC campaigns for brands

・Knowledge & Skills
•	Strong understanding of IMC, Branding, Digital Marketing & Consumer Insight
•	Solid knowledge of digital channels: Social, Search, Display, Influencer, Content, Performance
•	Strategic mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills
•	Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
•	Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

<Preferable Experience>
・Background in Game, Finance, Tech, Retail, FMCG is a plus
・Agency experience (Digital / Creative Agency) preferred
