Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation> To oversee and manage all aspects of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities within the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe workplace. <Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement periodic safety plans. - Organize safety meetings and conduct safety patrols/inspections. - Address and resolve safety- and 5S-related issues. - Conduct safety training, issue safety alerts, perform risk assessments, and supervise contractors. - Coordinate and respond to Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) inspections and audits. - Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors/managers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. - Age: under 40 years old - Gender: Any - Language: English or Japanese - Business Level - At least 1 year of experience as an HSE Leader in a manufacturing company <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - The candidate demonstrates strong expertise and hands-on experience in occupational safety and health (OSH). - Strong field experience with hands-on involvement in daily site operations and safety management.
